If you want to criticize SMARTFIRE, suggest improvements or make any other comments then please use our online SMARTFIRE Feedback Form or contact us via Email. When bugs are reported it is essential that you record the precise nature of the situation leading to the malfunction of the software and describe fully the result of the bug (e.g. the settings that were enabled, the steps that were conducted prior to the crash, the process being performed at the moment of the crash, etc). We might need to contact you to obtain certain files relating to the bug, so please keep all the files relating to the problem you are reporting.
