SMARTFIRE Feedback Form

We aim to make SMARTFIRE as easy-to-use and as powerful as we can. As a SMARTFIRE user, we welcome your input to help us improve the software. Please use this form to send your comments and criticisms about the SMARTFIRE software back to the developers.

It is essential that all bugs that are found are reported to the software developers immediately, preferably by using the online SMARTFIRE Bug Report Form or via Email. When bugs are reported it is essential that you record the precise nature of the situation leading to the malfunction of the software and describe fully the result of the bug (e.g. the settings that were enabled, the steps that were conducted prior to the crash, the process being performed at the moment of the crash, etc.).

Please feel free to complete any of the sections before you submit the form. Your co-operation is appreciated. Thank you.
