HOW TO USE THE SMARTFIRE ENVIRONMENT

Setting up a SMARTFIRE Scenario has never been easier because there are now two distinct tools to support the specification of the geometry. The SMARTFIRE Scenario Designer allows 2D CAD floor plan diagrams to be imported in order to create a building geometry. The existing SMARTFIRE Case Specification Environment (CSE) has been enhanced with new features and objects. The CSE has also had the mode of interaction greatly improved so that Case Specification is now easier than ever. The interactive Meshing System is built into the CSE. It provides Knowledge Based System supported automated meshing and manual interactive meshing for both novices and experts.
